Staff Mobility Agreement Training

All staff members of Lund University, i.e. technical/administrative staff, researchers, teaching staff and PhD students. Main points:- Mobility period: 20 February – 15 June- Deadline for applications: 01 February- The mobility programme lasts up to 7 days (at least 8 hours of lessons for teachers) – 2 quotas for the mobility of teaching staff and 1 staff mobility quota for training. Beneficiaries of erasmus+ Mobility staff training should keep boarding passes/train tickets/other tickets to be submitted together with mobility documents. You can check IMOTION or the ACRO website to find training opportunities for employees. Erasmus+ staff training supports the professional development of higher education and non-teaching staff, as well as the development of participating institutions. It may take the form of training sessions abroad (with the exception of conferences) and observation/training schedules at a partner university or any other relevant organisation somewhere in Europe. The EU/UHR budget may vary from year to year. Priority is given to applicants who have not received prior funding for staff training. The minimum mobility duration of Erasmus+ staff training is 2 working days and the CEU grants a maximum grant of 5 to 6 days.

Staff training mobility must take place in the current cycle between 1 December 2019 and 31 August 2020. Employees receive their regular salaries during their Erasmus training. The contribution to the trip is calculated using a distance calculator supported by the European Commission (ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm). The distance is calculated between the starting point and the terminus of straight-line mobility from one place to another. 2.
